Ruth is literally the _ of the Everett community. _ few years ago, she _ put together a local _ group in the Everett __. The Everett neighborhood is _ very diverse place. She a place where neighbors __ ALL cultures and languages come together to meet, , hang out, and discuss _ in the community that _. The small monthly meetings _ into large gatherings, and _ made our community a , better place. Meaningful, working have been made at meetings. A newfound trust __ each other was apparent.
When it was announced __ March that schools would __ canceled due to COVID, _ realized the school closure impact many of the families. Without hesitation, Ruth _ out an email to community group offering child _ to anyone who needed __. For the mother of 6, a household full of was second nature. Because community has grown to _ and love Ruth, everyone _ their kids would be _ and loved at her .
Outside of taking on _, Ruth has also worked _ FoodNet in helping deliver _ food to the community. has now been deemed " bread lady" as she _ goes door to door loaves of bread FoodNet otherwise unable to distribute. also provides transportation and __ the elders in the _ in getting groceries and essentials.
But she did not _ there. Her heart went to the 5th graders __ the community this year by COVID-19. On a _ year, the 5th graders celebrated at the end __ the year with a celebration and graduation at end of the school _. This year was of _ different. To bring cheer __ the community and graduating 5__ graders, Ruth gathered a of moms to cheer __ the 5th graders and families when they came __ pick up their supplies drop off band instruments, on May 20th.
