History and Mission

FedFinancial Federal Credit Union founded in 1935 as Health Service Federal Credit by a group of employees with one goal mind: to provide financial and services that met unique needs of local employees, just like them, their families. Through all of life, from student to first mortgages to savings, FedFinancial continues to on that promise today.

More than seventy years , the institution changed its to FedFinancial Federal Credit to reflect its ability serve all federal employees, , contractors and their family located in the Washington, and Baltimore, MD metropolitan .  As a financial cooperative, organization is owned by members and provides low-interest loans, high-dividend deposit accounts, other attractive financial services thousands of federal employees.
