Leaders Gather at Financial Symposium

We recently had the _ to participate in KBW’s _ Financial Services symposium in _ Raton, Florida, which brings investors and publicly traded _ from across the country.

Nearly 100 banks, Fintech stock exchange companies participated __ the two day investor . GWB had strong demand meetings. I was joined __ David Hinderaker, our Head __ Investor Relations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Together, we presented __ nearly 40 investors and 16 meetings over the _ of a day and _ half. The key theme __ the investor meetings was _ to determine what benefits new Republican administration might to the banking sector GWB specifically.

For GWB the focus on our recently released 2016 quarter end results. were well received by _, in particular the performance __ the stressed Agri credits _ were reviewed ahead of 31, 2016. While the _ portfolio will be a _ area of focus for _, there is comfort in portfolio performing as we _ communicated previously. Other positives _ the successful integration of _ Federal and our class __ ability to manage expenses.

The overall investor sentiment __ the symposium was that __ will be an uncertain certainly more optimistic year for banks. There is _ lot of optimism with _, as we have seen __ increases in the GWB price move since the , and over the next 3 – 6 months we _ see investors look to more tangible signs of to the banking sector GWB’s footprint. The key __ GWB wanted to project to continue to focus __ what we can control – keeping costs and credit _ to manageable levels, being _ around M&A and keeping __ our strategy – to the already strong support _ our investors.
