Looking back this time _ years ago I had privilege of ringing the _ at the New York Exchange as Great Western __, Inc. officially became a traded company. It’s hard __ imagine then the changes growth that would transpire __ the years to come. __ mark the four-year anniversary __ our IPO on the _, we couldn’t be happier _ with all of our __. I’d like to highlight _ few milestones in observance __ our anniversary.

Delivering value to our __ has been an important __ from the beginning. Since Initial Public Offering on __ 15, 2014 we have _ our stock price more _ double from the $18.00 price to a 52 _ range high of $46.03. __ continue to lead our in critical management performance of operating efficiency, Earnings Share growth and Tangible _ Value accretion. 

In January 2018, we _ additional investments in our _ and community reinvestment as _ result of the Tax _ and Jobs Act. Those _ include raising the minimum _ to $15, a special, -_ bonus or wage increase more than 80% of workforce, enhancements to health _ offerings and the doubling __ our annual contribution to Making Life Great Grants __.&_;

We’ve expanded our market through both organic growth acquisitions aligned to strategy, our product offerings for customers and continued to _ in technology to keep __ with the rapid changes _ every industry in the 21__ century.

No doubt, our success be traced to the _ work and dedication of 1,600+ employees across our _- footprint. This successful period __ growth and transition can __ seen in the pride __ all Great Western Bank _ who bring their best _ day, making significant contributions _ achieving our vision of one of the leading banks in the United _.&_;
